Privacy Policy
Who we are
EventDesign (Wynnewood Studios LLC, USA) runs this website, eventdesign.online, and the FloorPlan app at floorplan.eventdesign.online. Questions about privacy go to floorplan@eventdesign.online.
The short version
- You can use FloorPlan without an account. Your plans then stay on your device.
- If you create an account, we store your email address and your plans so they sync across devices.
- A share link makes that one plan viewable by anyone who has the link, until you turn it off.
- We use cookieless analytics. We don't sell data and we don't show ads.
Plans you make without an account
FloorPlan saves your projects in your browser's storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them, so export a PDF of anything you want to keep.
If you create an account
An account is optional. To create one, you give us your email address and either a password or a sign-in link sent by email. Accounts are handled by our authentication provider, Supabase, which stores passwords only in hashed form. While you are signed in, FloorPlan copies your projects and favorites to your account so you can open them on other devices. Floor-plan images you upload for tracing stay on your device and are not copied to your account. Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend.
Share links
When you share a plan, anyone with the link can view a read-only version of that plan without signing in. The link stops working when you turn sharing off. Other plans in your account stay private.
Analytics and hosting
This website and the app are hosted on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies. The FloorPlan app uses your browser's storage to save your work and, if you sign in, to keep you signed in.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your information with advertisers.
Service providers
- Cloudflare: hosting and analytics
- Supabase: accounts and sync
- Resend: sign-in emails
Your choices
You can delete any plan in the app. To delete your account and the data stored with it, email floorplan@eventdesign.online from the address on the account. We delete account data when you ask, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Children
FloorPlan is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
