Agreement
These terms cover your use of eventdesign.online and the FloorPlan app at floorplan.eventdesign.online, both run by EventDesign (Wynnewood Studios LLC). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using FloorPlan
FloorPlan is free to use today, for personal events and for professional work. You don't need an account to use it.
Your plans are yours
You own the plans you create. If you create an account or share a plan, you let us store, copy and display that content only as needed to run the service: syncing it to your devices and showing shared plans to people who have the link.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure and use an email address you control. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Share links
A shared plan can be viewed by anyone who has its link, until you turn sharing off. Share only what you're comfortable making viewable.
Floor plans are planning aids
FloorPlan helps you plan layouts. It does not check or certify compliance with fire codes, safety rules, accessibility requirements or venue capacity limits. Confirm measurements and layouts with your venue and local authorities before your event.
Acceptable use
Don't use FloorPlan to break the law, to interfere with the service or other people's use of it, or to try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
Pricing and Pro
FloorPlan is free today. We plan to offer a paid Pro plan. Anyone with a FloorPlan account created before Pro launches keeps today's features free.
Changes to the service
We may change, add or remove features. We'll give notice on this site before a change that affects features you rely on, where we reasonably can.
No warranty
FloorPlan is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, EventDesign is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of USA.
